Boutique Hotel JT is an adult-only boutique hotel and has 7 hotel rooms and 3 apartments. Located in the heart of Jan Thiel and within walking distance of Jan Thiel beach and the salt pans. Mingo Apartment for 2 persons The Mingo apartment is suitable for 2 people and has a spacious double bedroom with king-size bed. In addition, the apartment has its own kitchen, a seating area with fan and a Smart TV, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a space where you can store your belongings. We have 220V with European sockets throughout the building. We also provide towels for the shower and for the beach/swimming pool which you can take with you during your holiday. There is also the option to use the breakfast buffet at an additional cost. The general terms and conditions of Boutique Hotel JT when you rent an apartment for your stay in Curaçao. Terms and Conditions Below you will find the general terms and conditions from Boutique Hotel JT. At Boutique Hotel JT we have a minimum stay of 3 nights. Reservations made via the website or via an external booking channel are final after completion of the reservation. If you have any questions about the property or availability, please contact us at info@boutiquehoteljt.com Price The nightly price for the apartment consists of a nightly price per apartment, with any exceptions. The nightly price includes the use of towels for the bathroom, a parking space on site and electricity consumption. This consumption includes the nightly price. Check-in and check-out On the day of arrival you can check in with us from 3:00 PM. If you would like to check in earlier, this is based on availability. On the day of departure, we will check you out until a maximum of 11:00 am. A possible late check-out is possible based on availability and will be discussed with you. Cleaning and maintenance A major cleaning will take place once a week. The beds are changed, the bathroom is cleaned, vacuumed and mopped. Towels are changed at the guest's request and as often as necessary Terms of payment You will receive an itemized invoice immediately after booking. You must pay 20% of the total amount within 1 week after reservation. The remaining invoice amount must be paid no later than 14 days before the arrival date. A new invoice will be sent for this. Cancellation policy You can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If you cancel the reservation within these 14 days, the cancellation costs amount to 100% of the travel sum. Unforeseen circumstances may mean that a planned holiday cannot go ahead. We therefore always recommend taking out travel and cancellation insurance. For longer stays of more than four weeks or during the high season (December 1 - January 31), you can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 28 days before arrival. If you cancel within these 28 days, the cancellation costs amount to 100% of the travel sum. Damage to furniture or belongings If any damage occurs in the rooms, guests must report this immediately. The costs of this will be charged to the guest. This also applies to the disappearance of inventory and/or bath towels. Additional house rules Smoking is only allowed in the garden of the boutique hotel. If there is smoking in the rooms or apartment, the cleaning costs are ANG. 500. The use of drugs and/or dealing in drugs is not permitted in either the home or on the grounds of Boutique Hotel JT. If we notice that this is being used, immediate removal from the site will take place without refund of the travel price. Liability Your stay at Boutique Hotel JT is entirely at your own risk.
